On our team, we separate both sides of the transaction. We have people who only list homes, and we have people who only help buyers find homes.
As a buyer specialist, I listen to my client's criteria and find their dream homes. I also try to get that home at the best possible price, and close on the property quickly.
Right now is a great time for buyers. There are a lot of fantastic homes still out on the market, so we are really in a strong buyer's market.
