Today we wanted to take the time to reach out to you guys for a moment and talk to you about our team. We have been working hard all summer, going through buyers and sellers, but today we wanted to reach out and introduce our lead buyer specialist, Colt Solliday.

 

Colt heads up the buying side of our team and his specialty is helping anyone who wants to own a home find the perfect fit. When you start looking for homes, you want information. Many people don’t know where to go first, that’s what Colt specializes in. We also have a specialist that works only with sellers.

On our team, we separate both sides of the transaction. We have people who only list homes, and we have people who only help buyers find homes.

As a buyer specialist, I listen to my client's criteria and find their dream homes. I also try to get that home at the best possible price, and close on the property quickly.
