Why you should invest your money in real estate

Welcome back. Lately, I've been getting asked a lot, from both buyers and sellers, about where to invest their money. There's four different avenues I wanted to explore. Let's look at some data from January of 2000 to November of 2013.

If you invested in the DOW, your average return on investment would have been 47%. If you had invested in the S&P, the average return was 29.5%.

If you had decided to invest your money in the NASDAQ, you would have only received about 3% back. Investing in real estate, however, had an average return of 65.7%.
